TriMkt is a marketing and sales firm based in Raleigh, NC that works with nationally recognized brands to help grow customer engagement, brand awareness, and customer acquisition. Through direct marketing and face to face interactions, our team helps clients connect with consumers in local markets.
Interview Process

Our interview process is designed to help both our team and candidates determine if the position is the right fit. Qualified applicants begin with a preliminary virtual interview, followed by additional conversations with leadership to learn more about the company environment, day to day responsibilities, and growth opportunities within the company.
Careers and Entry Level Positions
All of our entry level positions are full time, so 35-40 hours per week. We are able to offer schedule flexibility if employees have specific restrictions or preferences.
All of our positions are W-2. All new employees receive paid training as part of the onboarding process.
This position offers a guaranteed hourly base pay, meaning you are compensated for your time worked. In addition, employees also have the opportunity to earn performance based bonuses and commission, depending on their role. Our compensation structure is designed to recognize and reward employees who consistently demonstrate strong performance, contribute to team success, and go above and beyond in their role. This allows motivated individuals to increase their overall earnings while enjoying the stability and security of a guaranteed hourly wage.
