CEO & Founder
My journey to leadership has been rocky. I've broken my nose on more than a few invisible walls on the way to where I am, and now I run my life hungry for the next mountain to climb.
For me, it's about overcoming the impossible — finding the next big challenge that knocks me flat and learning how to master it. That's the most fulfilling game to me, and I just love to win. What I love most is that now I get to make a major impact on the lives of the people around me.
Building a career with Clarity is one of the most fulfilling, challenging and dynamic experiences available. I approach everyone's training like a personal trainer: my job is to make sure they're consistently stretched so the growth never stops. We work hard, we play hard and we run as fast as we possibly can to get to the next mountain.
