JDM Elite is committed to making our website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We want every visitor — clients, customers, and job applicants — to be able to find information about our services and opportunities and to contact us without barriers.

Our Standard

We aim for our website to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people who are blind or have low vision, are deaf or hard of hearing, have limited mobility, or have cognitive or learning disabilities.

What We Have Done

  • A “Skip to main content” link is the first focusable item on every page.
  • Every page uses a single main heading and a logical heading structure, plus semantic landmarks (header, navigation, main content, and footer).
  • All functionality — menus, FAQ answers, and forms — works with a keyboard alone, and every interactive element shows a visible focus indicator.
  • Text and interactive elements meet WCAG AA color-contrast ratios (4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text).
  • Images have text alternatives; purely decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
  • Form fields have visible labels, required fields are identified, and errors and submission results are announced to assistive technology.
  • Animations are disabled automatically when your device is set to reduce motion.
  • Pages adapt to screen sizes from small phones to large desktops and support browser zoom up to 200% without loss of content.

We do not use an accessibility overlay or widget. Accessibility is built into the site itself.

Known Limitations

Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to block spam. reCAPTCHA is provided by Google, and we do not control its interface; it includes audio and visual challenge options. If you have any difficulty completing a form, please email or call us using the details below and we will help you directly.
