Our founder’s story
Arizona is where this started. Two years of running the business later, one thing hasn’t
changed: a passion for helping people. My competitive nature started with sports. I played
college basketball, then moved straight into bodybuilding and became NASM-certified through the
National Academy of Sports Medicine to work as a personal trainer. Even then, the part I loved
was helping someone reach a goal they weren’t sure they could reach.
I came into sales and marketing around the same time I was training clients — mainly
because I wanted to learn how to communicate well enough to grow my client base, open my own gym
and launch a gym-wear brand. I was in for a turn of events. I found a marketing and sales role,
went through the interview process, and got hired. I learned the ins and outs of running a
business and quickly fell in love with the work. Along the way I helped many individuals reach
personal, professional and financial goals — and that felt really good. I began to realise
this wasn’t just a job or a career. It was a calling.
Today my goal is to help as many people as possible reach their full potential, and to build a
culture of growth and leadership while we do it.
Using my family name makes this a timeless brand with a
long-term vision. Putting our name on the business signals reputation, and conveys ownership
and pride.
