What kind of marketing does NoeCee Global do?
Our marketing happens in the real world. NoeCee focuses on direct, face-to-face marketing, customer acquisition, and brand representation rather than digital marketing, social media, content creation, or SEO.
What does a typical day look like?
Each day combines team development with hands-on experience. Team members participate in meetings, training, and coaching before working directly with customers and representing the brands we partner with.
Is previous experience required?
Not necessarily. We look for strong communication, a positive attitude, work ethic, and a willingness to learn. Hands-on training and ongoing mentorship help team members build the skills and confidence needed to succeed.
Are there opportunities for growth?
Yes. Development is a major part of the NoeCee experience. Opportunities to take on additional responsibility are based on performance, consistency, skill development, and readiness. Growth is earned, not guaranteed.
How does compensation work?
All positions at NoeCee are W-2 employment; we do not offer 1099 independent contractor roles. Team members receive either a guaranteed base pay or performance-based commissions, whichever is higher for that pay period. Additional details about compensation and earning opportunities are discussed during the interview process.
