These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of obtainluxurytransportation.com and the chauffeured transportation services provided by Obtain Luxury Transportation (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking a reservation or using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you are booking on behalf of a group, you accept these Terms for every passenger in your party.

1. Services

We provide chauffeured ground transportation in Las Vegas, Nevada and the surrounding region, including airport transfers, casino-to-casino service, hourly and as-directed charters, corporate and executive travel, weddings and special events, tours, and group transportation. Service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

2. Reservations

• Reservations may be made through this website, by phone at (702) 581-8501, or by email.
• A reservation is confirmed only once we have issued a confirmation and received any required deposit.
• We recommend booking at least 24–48 hours ahead for standard trips, and 1–2 weeks or more for peak dates, holidays, weddings, proms, and large events.
• Same-day and last-minute requests are accommodated whenever possible, subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability. Call us directly for these.
• Vehicles are assigned by class. If your specific vehicle becomes unavailable for reasons outside our control, we will supply a vehicle of equal or greater capacity and comparable standard.

3. Rates, deposits, and payment

• Rates are quoted at the time of booking and depend on vehicle class, duration, distance, date, and service type.
• A deposit is required at booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the trip unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept major credit cards, American Express, debit cards, bank transfers, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, cash, and crypto/bitcoin.
• Quoted rates do not include gratuity unless stated. Tolls, parking, permits, airport fees, and any applicable taxes or surcharges may be added.
• Time beyond the reserved period is billed in the increments stated on your confirmation.
• Card payments are processed by Square. We do not store your card number.

4. Cancellations and changes

• Cancellations made 24 or more hours before the scheduled pickup are generally fully refundable, less any non-refundable deposit noted on your confirmation.
• For reservations made within 24 hours of the pickup, you may cancel until 12:00 am on the day of the event for a full refund.
• Cancellations on shorter notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit, and no-shows may be charged the full fare.
• Weddings, proms, multi-vehicle bookings, and long-duration charters may carry separate cancellation terms, which will be stated on your confirmation and take precedence over this section.
• Changes to a confirmed reservation are subject to availability and may change the rate.

5. Airport pickups, wait time, and delays

We monitor flights and adjust pickup times automatically at no extra cost within reason, and we provide complimentary wait time for significant flight delays. Complimentary wait time for non-airport pickups is stated on your confirmation; beyond that, waiting is billed at the applicable hourly rate. Please notify us as soon as possible if your plans change.

6. Passenger conduct

• Passenger capacity is set by the vehicle and may not be exceeded.
• Seat belts must be worn where fitted. Child restraints are the responsibility of the passenger unless arranged with us in advance.
• Smoking and vaping are prohibited in all vehicles.
• Illegal substances and open containers are prohibited where prohibited by law. Alcohol may only be consumed by passengers of legal drinking age and only where permitted.
• The chauffeur may end a trip without refund if passenger conduct is unlawful, unsafe, or abusive, or if a passenger damages the vehicle.
• Cleaning, damage, and repair costs caused by passengers — including sanitation charges — will be billed to the person who made the reservation.

7. Lost property

We are not responsible for property left in a vehicle. If you leave something behind, contact us as soon as possible and we will make reasonable efforts to locate and return it. Return shipping is at the passenger’s expense.

8. Liability

We are not liable for delays or failures to perform caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including traffic, road closures, weather, accidents, mechanical failure, acts of government, labor disruption, or force majeure. Where we are liable, our total liability for any reservation is limited to the amount paid for that reservation. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Insurance and compliance

We operate as a for-hire transportation provider and maintain the insurance coverage required for the services we provide. Service is delivered in accordance with applicable Nevada regulations.

10. Website use and intellectual property

The content on this site — including text, photographs, logos, and design — is owned by Obtain Luxury Transportation or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our written permission. You agree not to use this site or its forms to transmit unlawful, abusive, or unsolicited content, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it.

11. Third-party services

Reservations, payments, and newsletter sign-ups on this site are handled by Square, and analytics by Google. Your use of those tools is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

12. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from our services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you make a reservation is the version that applies to it. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
