Our employees represent established brands inside designated partner retail locations. Team members receive hands-on training and ongoing coaching to help them provide professional customer service, communicate product information accurately, and support customer sales and enrollment decisions.

Become a Retail Sales Associate Today

Retail Sales Associates are employed and paid directly by Sora Acquisitions Inc. Employees represent established brands inside designated partner retail locations but are not employees of the retailer or represented brand.

Primary Responsibilities:

Welcome and engage customers inside assigned retail locations
Learn and explain available products, services, and promotional offers
Ask questions to understand customer needs
Answer customer questions accurately and professionally
Complete customer transactions or enrollment documentation accurately
Maintain current knowledge of represented products and services
Follow Sora Acquisitions Inc., client, and retail-location standards
Participate in paid training, coaching, and team meetings
Maintain a professional and positive customer experience

Qualifications:

Professional, dependable, and comfortable speaking with customers
Willing to learn through training and coaching
Able to work effectively in an in-person retail environment
Strong communication and customer-service skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Previous retail, customer service, hospitality, restaurant, sales, promotions, or other public-facing experience is helpful but not required
