Team

The teams behind every Sacramento campaign.

Our structure is deliberately flat and deliberately clear. Every function below has a defined role in a campaign, and every one of them is staffed by people promoted through it.

01 / Structure

Structure

Five functions, one standard.

We organise around the work rather than around job titles. These are the functions that make a campaign run, and the paths a career here can follow.

Representatives moving through a busy retail concourse during a campaign

Field

Field Sales Representatives

The people who carry a campaign. They work assigned territory across the Greater Sacramento Area, represent the service accurately, and report coverage and results daily. Nearly everyone here started in this role.

Leadership

Team Leaders

Senior representatives who have taken on a team. They run daily briefings, work alongside their people in the field, and are accountable for both the results and the conduct of the group.

A trainer presenting product material to a seated group

Development

Corporate Trainers

Product knowledge, compliance and communication training, delivered continuously. Trainers come out of the field, which is why the material stays practical rather than theoretical.

A campaign manager reviewing plans in a modern office corridor

Management

Campaign Management

Territory planning, client reporting and team development. Managers own the relationship with the brands we represent and the performance of the campaigns delivered for them.

An administrator working at a desk in a bright office

Operations

Administration & Support

Recruitment coordination, scheduling, compliance records and client reporting. The function that keeps a growing field operation organised and accountable.

Three colleagues talking over coffee in an office break area

Culture

Team Culture

Daily briefings, shared targets and open recognition. New team members are paired with experienced representatives from week one, because the fastest way to learn this work is beside someone doing it well.

02 / Advancement

Advancement

Every role above entry level was filled from inside.

We do not recruit team leaders or managers externally. The people running our campaigns learned the territory as representatives first, which means they can coach the work rather than describe it.

That has a practical consequence for anyone joining. The person training you has done your job. The standard they hold you to is the one they were held to. And the role they occupy is genuinely open to you.

  • Merit, measured openlyAdvancement follows consistent performance and conduct, tracked and reviewed openly.
  • Coaching, not just targetsTeam leaders work in the field alongside their people, every day.
  • A defined next stepWhatever your current role, the requirements for the next one are written down.
